Overview of the Team

The Customer Outcomes Team, based out of the State Street, NYC location, is responsible for successfully delivering all projects under the Project/Program in a manner that meets the company’s financial objectives and drives exceptional customer satisfaction.

Role Overview:

The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for customer implementation projects, ensuring successful planning, coordination, execution, and project completion. This role manages project timelines, resources, stakeholder communications, and change requests to support on-time system deployment and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Serve as the customer and internal project SPOC throughout implementation.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestone schedules, and project documentation.
• Coordinate project logistics with customer stakeholders and internal teams.
• Establish project roles, responsibilities, and deliverables.
• Manage the change request process and track project impacts.
