JOB SUMMARY:
The Project Manager leads and oversees assigned innovation projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with Hub’s mission and strategic objectives. This role operates with autonomy, exercising discretion and independent judgment in project design, planning, budgeting, and execution. The Project Manager is responsible for setting project strategies, managing resources, making operational decisions, and ensuring deliverables meet or exceed partner expectations. While final execution approvals are obtained from the Director and/or Senior Program Manager, the Project Manager is the primary decision-maker for day-to-day project execution, partner engagement, and problem resolution.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Lead the full lifecycle of assigned projects, from scoping and planning to execution and closure, ensuring alignment with organizational and partner objectives.
• Develop project strategies, budgets, timelines, and resource plans with minimal supervision, securing final approval from the Director.
• Exercise independent judgment in prioritizing project needs, allocating resources, and resolving operational challenges.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, building and maintaining relationships with government partners, industry stakeholders, and solution providers.
• Manage and optimize the use of CRM systems, project management tools, and communications platforms to support project success.
