Overview

The Project Manager is an experienced leader responsible for managing complex, high-value eCommerce projects while mentoring junior PMs and contributing to practice improvements. This role drives delivery excellence across multiple concurrent projects, often involving enterprise clients with sophisticated requirements. Beyond project execution, the PM serves as a trusted advisor to clients, influences delivery methodology, and takes ownership of portfolio-level challenges. They balance hands-on project leadership with people development, process optimization, and strategic client relationship management.

### Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Delivery

• Leads complex, multi-workstream projects with enterprise clients, managing dependencies across technical, creative, and business teams
• Owns end-to-end delivery for high-value engagements, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution while maintaining quality standards
• Manages multiple concurrent projects, balancing priorities and resources across portfolio
• Drives proactive risk management, identifying issues before they become blockers and implementing mitigation strategies
• Leads change management processes, negotiating scope changes and managing client expectations on budget and timeline impacts
• Ensures business objectives, KPIs, and success metrics are defined, tracked, and achieved
• Owns project roadmap build and execution.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Serves as primary point of contact for enterprise client stakeholders, building trusted advisor relationships
• Facilitates executive-level conversations, translating technical complexity into business value
• Manages difficult conversations with tact and diplomacy, de-escalating issues and maintaining client confidence
• Proactively identifies opportunities for account growth and expansion
