About the Role
This is a fully remote opportunity open to candidates located within the continental United States. This role requires an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex initiatives across the full software development lifecycle.
The position focuses on driving strategic projects from concept through delivery while ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
What You’ll Do
- Lead projects through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), from initial concept to final delivery
- Serve as Project Manager and Scrum Master, applying Agile principles to manage execution
- Facilitate communication across technical teams and executive stakeholders
- Tailor messaging appropriately for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to evolving business needs
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Provide clear reporting on resource allocation, budgets, and overall project status
- Ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Experience managing projects across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Hands-on experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master
- Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Compensation:
Starting at $43.27 per hour (approximately $90,000 annually).
Final compensation is based on background, skills, and experience.
