Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Sales Manager to lead product sales strategies, expand market opportunities, develop key client relationships, and drive sustainable revenue growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute product sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.Lead and manage sales teams to improve performance and productivity.Build and maintain relationships with key clients and strategic partners.Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to strengthen product positioning and market competitiveness.Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs).Ensure sales activities comply with applicable financial regulations and company policies.

Qualifications & ExpectationsMinimum 12 years of professional experience in product sales, financial services, fintech, or related industries.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic business development skills.Experience managing sales teams and key client relationships.Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making abilities.Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $191,000.00 per year
