Product Owner Supervisor
provides leadership, direction, and mentorship to a team of Product Owners while continuing to drive successful delivery of high‑quality digital and business products. This role balances

to ensure consistent execution of product practices, alignment to business objectives, and delivery of customer value.


This position partners closely with Product Management, Engineering, Business Stakeholders, and Leadership to scale product ownership standards, develop Product Owner talent, and optimize delivery across teams.


As The Product Owner Supervisor, You’ll
People Leadership & Supervision

• Directly supervise, coach, and mentor Product Owners, fostering professional growth, accountability, and engagement.
• Promote consistent application of Agile and product ownership best practices across teams.
• Conduct regular one‑on‑ones, performance reviews, goal‑setting, and development planning for Product Owner team members. Support staffing decisions, including hiring, onboarding, training, and succession planning for Product Owners.

Product & Delivery Leadership

• Oversee Product Owner execution across several product areas, ensuring alignment to product vision, roadmap, and organizational priorities.
• Partner with the Director of Product Management to translate strategic objectives into actionable product initiatives.
• Provide guidance on backlog prioritization, roadmap development, release planning, and dependency management.
• Serve as an escalation point for product-related risks, constraints, and cross-team conflicts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Data, Operations, and Business Stakeholders to ensure efficient execution and delivery.
