Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical, data-focused Product Owner to join our Controlled Substances Reporting team. As a Product Owner, you will gather requirements, refine work, monitor dependencies, and manage backlog priorities. You will work collaboratively across product, engineering, and account management teams to support on-time delivery of customer-facing reporting products. We’re looking for a high potential product contributor who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable using AI tools to work faster and smarter.

What You’ll Do:

• Learn from senior team members and gain experience in all aspects of product ownership, contributing to the team's success by providing insights and assistance as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define reporting requirements and deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
• Refine work into stories with clear acceptance criteria, plan sprints, prioritize tickets, and groom the backlog.
• Ensure stories, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and requirements are clearly defined and ready for development.
• Communicate product status, progress, and upcoming releases to stakeholders, executives, and customers.
• Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides and data dictionaries.
