What you’ll achieve:
Reporting to the VP, Product, the Product Operations Manager owns the orchestration and implementation of Outseer’s commercialization operating cadence, providing the reporting rhythm, templates, governance support, and consolidated visibility that give leadership one accurate and trusted view of status, milestones, risks, dependencies, and readiness as capabilities move from early-stage development through the commercialization stage-gate model: Discover, Shape, Commercial Design, Early Adopter, Scale, and Learn.
This role owns the day-to-day mechanics that make the commercialization operating model effective and sustainable. The Product Operations Manager implements the cadence, builds and maintains the reporting infrastructure, and owns issue and risk tracking across the portfolio. Working closely with the Product Manager, Commercial, Product Managers, Sales, and Solution Consulting, this role turns distributed inputs into clear, consistent, decision-ready reporting for the VP, Product and senior leadership.
As the operational owner of the commercialization cadence, this role brings structure and discipline to a complex, cross-functional environment. The Product Operations Manager proactively surfaces risks, dependencies, readiness gaps, and inconsistent ownership before they affect business outcomes, ensuring stakeholders have a clear and current view of where every capability stands.
