RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Los Angeles, CA that is seeking a Product Manager who will be responsible for the product design, implementation and ongoing management of all digital and analytics solutions including and not limited to Custom, Web, Mobile, Digital, and Analytics products to support the combined missions of safe and high quality patient care, regulatory compliance, financial stewardship, and operational efficiency.
Summary:
The Product Manager works with the PMO to set priorities for the assigned departments, helping to set expectations, meet timelines, and meet deliverables. This role effectively communicates at various levels of the organization from line entry clerks to executives, department administrators, and clinicians. The PM must be comfortable presenting technical information to non-technical audiences, in addition to making presentations Infront of large groups.
Duties:
- Defines product vision and roadmap for Salesforce-based solutions, aligning with business objectives and user needs
- Manages the product lifecycle, prioritizing the backlog, planning releases, and ensuring high-quality delivery
- Partners with stakeholders and end users to gather feedback, identify pain points, and drive continuous improvement
- Ensures platform scalability and adoption, tracking KPIs, monitoring usage, and optimizing Salesforce capabilities
- Translates requirements into user stories and works closely with admins, developers, and architects to deliver features
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in related field required
- 5 years of experience working in a healthcare setting
- 5 years of experience in Information Technology with emphasis in applications and analytics product development
- Experience in leading technical and functional teams within the applications development lifecycle
