The Small Business Product organisation is on a journey to modernize how D&B engage with our small business clients, making it easier for them to do business with us by simplifying our product offerings, introducing new solutions based on customer feedback and providing more ways of buying from us, including e-commerce. We are now looking for our next Product Manager, sitting in our beautiful Warsaw office (on a hybrid basis) but working within a global team.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, engineering, sales, and marketing, you’ll translate customer and market needs into clear priorities and deliver impactful product enhancements within the Small Business Product offerings. This role will also work closely with other Small Business GTM Managers to craft and execute a strategy that is driven based on customer feedback.
### Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert on D&B Small Business products and how they are used to deliver customer solutions
- Own and evolve the product roadmap in line with business strategy and customer needs
- Manage the full product lifecycle, prioritising features and enhancements to maximise impact
- Partner closely with engineering and design to define requirements and deliver high‑quality outcomes
- Engage with customers and sales teams to validate ideas and ensure solutions meet user needs
