Role Overview
Our client, a rapidly growing fintech company, is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Product Manager to take ownership of their flagship mobile application. In this role, you will drive the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the mobile experience, working to scale the platform as the customer base expands.
You will work closely with engineering, product design, marketing, and compliance teams to deliver an exceptional, intuitive, and secure financial mobile app that customers trust and love. As a senior individual contributor and squad leader, you will play a critical role in optimizing the customer journey, accelerating mobile growth, and ensuring the product continually evolves to meet the needs of a highly engaged user base.

Key Responsibilities
Mobile Product Strategy & Execution

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the client's mobile application (iOS and Android).
• Translate broader company goals into a **data-driven mobile product roadmap** focused on user acquisition, engagement, and monetization.
• Identify and advocate for new mobile features that expand the platform's value to customers.

Customer Growth & Engagement

• Drive product initiatives that accelerate mobile **customer acquisition, activation, and retention**.
• Optimize the **end-to-end mobile customer journey**, ensuring frictionless onboarding, seamless payments, and intuitive financial insights.
• Partner with marketing and growth teams to design and implement product-led growth strategies within the app.

Cross-Functional Squad Leadership
