Description


The selected candidate will actively develop, manage, and promote the product portfolio within the East Europe sales team to provide complete solutions for customers, steer and drive pipeline and lead regular performance review meetings with principals.


Please be aware that this is remote job (other European locations to be considered).


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES


Key Account Management:
Develop & execute a comprehensive sales plan for the assigned territory, product line, business division, and market segment.

Optimize customer base regarding portfolio sales & value proposition and long-term success.

Manage all aspects of customer interface within responsibilities.

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, with frequent face-to-face visits to foster strong relationships.

Conduct and conclude commercial negotiations (price, payment terms, etc.) with customers.


Product Management:
Manage and implement product launches with the sales & supply chain teams.

Drive & implement the divisional portfolio strategy defined by global & regional management, in the area of responsibility.

Actively visit and interact with Principals and their peers within the scope of products

Identify and assess new principals/products and assist with regional opportunities, while maintaining and developing the divisional portfolio.

Provide support & work closely with the sales teams to implement a defined pricing strategy, monitor business performance, and optimize margins.

Negotiating prices, terms and condition

Develop & execute a comprehensive sales and marketing plan

Monitor market & competitor activity

Monitor and review inventory on a frequent basis, identify and act on slow / nonmoving stock.

Provide price guidance to sales teams and purchase guidance to supply chain teams
