Data Engineer 3 (Mid-Level, Enterprise Standards)
to:
- Develop and maintain enterprise data integration patterns, standards, and best practices that enable secure, scalable, and interoperable data exchange across operational and cybersecurity environments.
- Define and document enterprise integration methodologies, including real-time, batch, streaming, and file-based data exchange approaches.
- Establish and maintain enterprise standards for data ingestion, integration, interoperability, formatting, metadata, and governance to ensure consistency and reuse across data products and platforms.
- Develop and maintain metadata standards, data dictionaries, schema definitions, tagging requirements, and implementation guidance that improve data quality, discoverability, and interoperability.
- Establish common data models and ensure alignment with Department of War schemas, metadata requirements, and enterprise interoperability standards.
