Requirements

• 2+ years experience as a Product Manager
• Must have experience with B2B SaaS products
• Strong attention to detail across UX, edge cases, and copy
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Customer-first mindset with ability to derive insights from calls, tickets, and research
• Ability to write detailed product specs independently
• Basic technical understanding (APIs, databases, system design)
• Strong organizational skills for tracking bugs, features, and sprints

Responsibilities

• Research problems deeply through customer conversations, competitor analysis, and qualitative insights
• Write clear, detailed specs covering user flows, edge cases, and copy
• Collaborate closely with design to ensure accurate execution
• QA features from a customer perspective before release
• Stay close to customers via calls, tickets, and session recordings
• Track bugs, feature requests, and sprint progress
• Communicate status proactively with internal teams
• Own product details that impact user experience and product quality
