About this role

For our client, we are seeking a Product Manager- Athenait to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. You’ll play a key role delivering outcomes for customers and stakeholders in the Enterprise Technology space. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally and take ownership of priorities. This role offers visibility, growth, and impact.


Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available


Compensation: $121,000 – $207,000 annually.


Responsibilities

• Own and manage CSM technology product areas within the Operations Technology portfolio
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements into product specifications
• Monitor and manage the backlog of CSM enhancements and bug fixes proactively
• Conduct evaluations to identify areas for improvement in Customer Success Management processes
• Serve as the Product Owner for scrum teams, ensuring consistency in product direction and strategy

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in Customer Success Management (CSM) environments
• 3+ years of cross-functional stakeholder engagement experience in a business setting
• Proven experience with enterprise platforms like Salesforce, Workday, or others
• Technical knowledge of Enterprise Business Applications and understanding of SOX/SOC1 environments
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
