• The Acquisition Product Manager role is a part of the Online Product Management organization within One Tech on the High Touch Experience Team. Working in collaboration with Engineering, System Integrators, Infrastructure teams within One Tech and with external stakeholders in Enterprise Data and Marketing, and commercial teams within our Regions and affiliates to manage and support the underlying technology stack used for Paid, Owned, and Earned Marketing activity. This role requires cross-functional collaboration across highly experienced and talented teams, and the crucial ability to prioritize.

Must Have Qualifications

• Proven experience in acquisition, growth, marketing technology, or product roles supporting customer acquisition systems at scale Demonstrated ability to own and operate multiple platforms and vendors simultaneously within a complex, multi-system ecosystem Strong experience designing, testing, and operationalizing cross-platform workflows and automation logic (end-to-end system thinking) Track record of driving 0→1 initiatives, especially in acquisition, conversion, or marketing technology environments
• Ability to independently translate business needs into structured workflows, requirements, and operational solutions with minimal engineering dependency
• Experience supporting both legacy systems and new platform launches, ensuring continuity during migrations or transitions Strong operational discipline around documentation, testing, validation, and enablement of distributed global teams
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders across marketing, technology, and regional teams
