As a Senior Product Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of high-impact hardware products, from initial use-case definition to global production launch. You will dive deep into Hardware Product Management lifecycle (NPI), working across Firmware, Electrical Engineering (EE), and Mechanical Engineering (ME) to ship world-class IoT devices.

The Role

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for next-generation smart home devices, bridging the gap between hardware, firmware, and cloud services.

• Drive the business strategy for device portfolios, leveraging data analytics and market trends to define product roadmaps.

• Translate complex customer needs into crisp business requirements, PR/FAQs, and user stories for Industrial Design (ID) and engineering teams.

• Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration with Ops, EE, ME, and Embedded Systems teams to manage trade-offs between performance, cost, and UX.

• Navigate high-stakes launches by coordinating with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure seamless go-to-market execution.

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Program Management, or Product Marketing within the tech sector.

• Proven track record of launching Consumer Electronics or IoT hardware products from concept to mass production.

• Deep technical competence in hardware development cycles, including NPI processes and firmware integration.

• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to use data-driven insights to influence executive-level stakeholders.
