The Role

• Develop, manage, and optimize products within an AI-driven environment.

• Contribute to and manage the product roadmap, overseeing implementation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products for internal and external clients.

• Lead product strategy and discovery, leveraging AI to accelerate development and recommend improvements.

• Translate strategy into business outcomes, manage backlogs, and ensure incremental value delivery.

• Engage with clients and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle to gather feedback.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 8+ years of experience in product management/development, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Proven track record of shipping complex, enterprise products.

• Comfort with current AI tools and a growth mindset for integrating AI into workflows.

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to articulate customer problems and solution value.

• Fluency in agile methodologies and experience with product planning/roadmap tools.
