About this role
You'll be aiRA's product point-of-contact on the ground in the US — the bridge between US customers and prospects and the product team in India. The US is a marquee market for us, with brands like NASCAR, Wawa, Fleet Farm, PetSmart and Dell. You'll drive growth here and bring the US market perspective directly into what we build, so the roadmap reflects the market that matters most.
What you'll do
- Act as the product SPOC in the US — single point of contact for US customers, prospects and partners on aiRA.
- Drive US market growth: pipeline, adoption and expansion in close partnership with sales and CS.
- Carry the voice of the US market back into product — feed real demand, objections and competitive signals into the roadmap.
- Run US demos, discovery and feedback loops; close the distance between the market and the builders.
What we're looking for
- 2–5 years in a product, growth or solutions role for a B2B SaaS / AI product
- Strong commercial and product instincts — equally comfortable with a customer and with the product team.
- Excellent communicator who can represent the product credibly and feed structured input back.
- Comfortable operating solo on the ground and partnering across time zones
Bonus points
- Network or experience in retail / consumer enterprises in the US.
- Background bridging field teams and product/engineering.
