ABOUT THE ROLE

The Product Owner / Lead PO for Nexsure will be a senior member of Dyad’s product delivery organization, responsible for translating product strategy into clearly defined and executable work across one or more Nexsure product areas.

Reporting to the VP of Product, this role will partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Operations, Customer Success, and other business stakeholders to drive backlog strategy, requirements quality, delivery predictability, and release readiness.

The Product Owner will not only manage backlog execution but will also establish strong Product Owner practices, improve delivery standards, coordinate dependencies across teams, and mentor other Product Owners.

The ideal candidate is a precise and structured thinker who can translate complex business needs into clear product requirements, make sound decisions in ambiguous situations, and influence senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Backlog and Prioritization

• Own and maintain the product backlog for assigned Nexsure product areas
• Partner with Product Management to translate product strategy and roadmaps into epics, features, user stories, and technical deliverables
