You will:

• **DESIGN** user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications, focusing on optimising usability and enhancing user satisfaction.
• **COMMUNICATE** closely with international clients, developers, product managers, product strategists, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately.
• **ANALYZE** testing data to inform future design decisions and iterate on designs accordingly.
• **CREATE** high-fidelity prototypes and mockups to illustrate design ideas and concepts.
• **OWN** the visual quality, assets, and ongoing design elements of a project during its development stage.
• **LEAD** developers in navigating design challenges throughout the development phase.
• **CONDUCT** thorough reviews of app or web designs and ensure adherence to UI requirements before and during development.
• Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
