What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead medium-to-large technical programs ($500K+) across data science, data engineering, AI/ML, and digital initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure successful delivery of high-impact data solutions
• Enable Agile teams to align with strategic priorities, focusing on customer value and accountability
• Manage program risks and dependencies while preparing executive-level progress reports
• Support vendor and contractor oversight to ensure alignment with program objectives

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience; if no degree, 12 years of relevant experience is required
• Demonstrated experience leading medium to large technical programs ($500K+)
• Strong knowledge of project and program management methodologies and tools
• Experience working in Agile environments and tools (Azure DevOps, Jira)
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, or similar analytical tools
