is seeking an experienced
Principal Product Manager
to lead the eCommerce strategy and execution for
Topps.com
. As the owner of this direct-to-consumer channel, you’ll be responsible for evolving our Shopify-based storefront into a best-in-class destination for collectors and fans. You’ll work cross-functionally across design, engineering, marketing, operations, and business teams to build experiences that are both customer-centric and revenue-generating.
This is a high-impact role for a product leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the nuances of eCommerce and digital merchandising, and can balance long-term vision with rapid iteration.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for Topps.com, spanning both front-end user experiences and back-end operational tools.
- Lead Shopify-based platform evolution and customization to support both limited-edition product drops and evergreen merchandising strategies.
- Partner with marketing and growth teams to drive conversion, retention, and site traffic through optimized UX, content placement, and personalization.
- Collaborate with engineering and design partners to deliver seamless, mobile-first customer journeys from discovery through checkout and fulfillment.
- Define and monitor key metrics (e.g., conversion rate, average order value, cart abandonment) to guide decision-making and assess business impact.
- Proactively identify friction in the purchase journey and lead initiatives to enhance site performance, navigation, search, and merchandising capabilities.
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert for Shopify and consumer eCommerce experience, helping guide cross-functional planning and investments.
