Role Overview

We’re seeking a highly analytical, data-driven
Performance Marketing Manager
to lead and scale our native advertising efforts In various insurance verticals. This role owns strategy and execution end to end - managing budgets, creative direction, targeting, and performance optimization to drive compliant, high-quality leads at scale. You will analyze complex data sets, identify growth levers, and develop innovative testing strategies that increase ROI and revenue.

The ideal candidate blends analytical rigor with creative thinking, operates with a business-owner mindset, and takes full accountability for outcomes while collaborating cross-functionally to drive performance.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Performance Ownership

• Own end-to-end performance of native acquisition channels, driving profitable growth across Insurance products with clear accountability to revenue and margin targets.
• Scale spend efficiently while improving core KPIs (CPL, RPC, CPA, ROI) and maintaining strict compliance standards.
