Industry Experience — Non-negotiable
NON-NEGOTIABLE — Applications without the following will not be progressed:

• Direct experience running paid digital acquisition campaigns for a licensed bookmaker, online sportsbook, iGaming operator or racing platform
• Demonstrated knowledge of wagering promotion mechanics and how acquisition offers (deposit matches, free bets, bonus backs) are used to drive first-deposit conversion

• Experience marketing to Australian sports bettors or racing punters specifically
• Familiarity with Australian wagering regulations and advertising compliance requirements (e.g. responsible gambling messaging, odds advertising rules)
• Experience with programmatic display, affiliate channels or SEO in a wagering context

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise paid acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads — audience targeting, creative trafficking, budget management and bid strategy
• Drive new customer registrations and first deposits for PlayWest — owning CPA, CPL and ROAS targets
• Develop audience strategies tailored to Australian sports betting and racing — seasonal hooks, sport-specific targeting and event-driven campaign bursts
