The Digital Marketing & Operations Manager manages paid digital marketing campaigns and coordinates marketing assets used across advertising and CRM campaigns.


Key Responsibilities

• Manage paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok
• Manage campaign setup including targeting, budgets and creative deployment
• Optimise campaigns for customer acquisition and return on ad spend
• Manage the customer acquisition funnel from click to registration and first deposit
• Coordinate with the CRM team to support acquisition-to-retention journeys
• Work with Australian creative agencies to receive marketing assets
• Deploy assets across advertising platforms and CRM campaigns
• Create basic graphics and ad variations using Canva or Adobe Express
• Manage marketing operations tasks such as banners and campaign setup

Ideal Experience

• Experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels
• Experience with wagering, gaming or sports audiences preferred
• Basic graphic design skills
• Experience working with creative agencies

Work Location

• Home-based
• Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)
• Should have own Laptop/PC (minimum of i5 8GB RAM)
