The position is available both part-time and full-time.

YOUR TEAM

You will join a small, fast‑paced HR team where you will work closely with our Director People & Culture and an interim recruiter. You will collaborate in an environment that values pragmatism, transparency, service orientation, and a communication style defined by being “hard on the issue, soft in tone.”

#### Your responsibilities

• **Payroll preparation:** Coordinate multi-country payroll preparation with tax advisors across Germany, Croatia, Slovakia, Austria, and France.
• Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, registrations, deregistrations, social security, health insurance, and permits.
• **Contracts, Documents & Policies:** Draft and manage employment contracts with Legal and external experts across multiple EU countries.
• Prepare certificates, confirmations, and reference letters for employees and authorities.
• **HR-Tools, Automation & Compliance:** Maintain HR systems, automate workflows, ensure GDPR, labor law, and compliance standards.
