Oracle Payroll Business Manager
- Lead Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation, enhancement, and support initiatives.
- Partner with business stakeholders to define payroll strategy and process improvements.
- Ensure payroll operations comply with organizational policies and statutory regulations.
- Manage project timelines, resources, risks, and vendor relationships.
As the Oracle Payroll Manager, you will own end-to-end delivery of Payroll solutions spanning configuration, processing, costing, and financial integration. You will serve as the principal subject matter expert, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless alignment with both Finance and HR processes across complex, multi-stream programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Payroll implementations across all project phases.
- Configure and manage Payroll elements, balances, calendars, and processing flows as well as Payment methods, banks, and payroll distribution.
- Lead Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation, enhancement, and support initiatives.
- Partner with business stakeholders to define payroll strategy and process improvements.
- Ensure payroll operations comply with organizational policies and statutory regulations.
- Manage project timelines, resources, risks, and vendor relationships.
- Design and maintain Fast Formulas for payroll calculations and complex business rules.
- Own Payroll Costing, including cost allocation structures, element-level costing and payment costing, and retro and accrual costing
- Ensure payroll results are correctly transferred to Subledger Accounting and the General Ledger (GL) and integration with Cash Management for payroll payment reconciliation.
