Position Overview

The Product Manager for Optica Security is a strategic, customer-facing leadership role responsible for the full lifecycle of the Optica platform, from market analysis and product strategy through development execution, release management, and go-to-market operations. The Product Manager owns the product vision, drives the roadmap, manages engineering coordination, and directly engages with Department of Defense (DoD) customers and prospects to ensure Optica delivers measurable mission value.

The ideal candidate combines deep familiarity with DoD cybersecurity compliance frameworks (CMMC, NIST 800-171, RMF, DFARS) with proven software product management experience in a SaaS/PaaS or enterprise software environment. This individual thrives at the intersectio...
