Position Overview:
The Operations Project Manager is responsible for leading the implementation of new operational activities such as setting up new warehouses or managing significant changes to existing operations, including warehouse relocations and activity expansions. This role ensures seamless coordination from the handover by the R&D department through project launch (GO LIVE) and transition to ongoing operations.

Work Schedule:
Standard office hours with total flexibility to work outside of normal business hours during travel and for any situations that need to be handled on weekends


Travel Specifics:
50% to any of our ID Logistics sites across the country with no travel restrictions. Candidate must have a valid passport or government issued real ID for travel


Compensation:
$85,000-$115,000 plus bonus. Internal compensation offer will be based on individual experience and education for the selected candidate.


Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution: Successfully implement projects by coordinating internal teams, sub-project leaders, local support departments (IT, HR, etc.), IDL group resources, external suppliers, and local authorities.
• Kick-Off Management: Organize, prepare, and lead internal and external Kick-Off meetings at the start of each project.
