We are seeking an experienced Order-to-Cash Strategy & Operations, Operations Manager to join our Go-to-Market Finance organization. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of finance, strategy, and operations. You will provide business insights, identify opportunities for growth and risk mitigation, and drive meaningful business transformation while partnering with leaders across the organization. You won't just find problems; you will build the solutions. You will be responsible for taking high-level strategic goals and turning them into operational reality across our Deal Desk, Order Management, and Collections functions.
About the Team
The Go-to-Market Finance team drives strategic financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support Zoom’s growth and profitability. We architect a seamless Order-to-Cash ecosystem by bridging the gap between financial strategy and operational execution. We transform data into actionable intelligence and drive the end-to-end transformations required to scale.
Responsibilities
- Owning and executing end-to-end, cross-functional initiatives across Order-to-Cash that increase productivity and scale the business, from initial root-cause analysis through to implementation. This includes process-mapping, requirement gathering, drafting proposals and recommendations, surfacing roadblocks, etc.
- Navigating cross-functional complexity to secure buy-in for new policies, processes, and system improvements.
- Translating data trends into business/financial insights, and into actionable operational triggers.
- Partnering with the Insights Lead to identify and communicate the "operational why" behind the "data what".
