#### Your mission
As Operations & Product Manager, you will be a core Team Member of the Operations Team and you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth collaboration, structured workflows, and efficient use of our operational tools. You’ll manage cross-functional projects, support tool integrations, and help optimize our internal systems to enable seamless teamwork across teams.This is a role for someone who thrives on structure, but who is creative and enjoys bridging people, processes, and technology.
About the role
- **Project Management:** Plan, coordinate, and oversee internal and client-related projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- **Tool & Tech Operations:** Support the setup, maintenance, and integration of tools like HubSpot, Hivebrite (or similar LMS/Community platforms), Notion, Looker Studio/Tableau, Slack, and other operational platforms.
- **Process Optimization:** Identify opportunities to improve workflows and automate recurring tasks.
- **Cross-Team Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, business development, and tech teams to align operations and communication.
- **Reporting & Documentation**: Keep project documentation, dashboards, and reports up to date for transparency and efficiency.
#### Your profile
About you
To thrive and grow in this role, you will likely be or have:
- 2–4 years of experience in project management, operations, or business enablement.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (CRM and automation), Notion, and LMS/Community platforms (e.g. Hivebrite, Circle, Mighty Networks).
- Proficient in data analysis and optimized workflows, ideally with knowledge of AI and automation tools.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools like Slack, Notion, or similar platforms.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in written and verbal English
