Position Summary

CARE-INF™ is seeking a highly organized, systems-minded, execution-focused Founding Executive Operations Manager to directly support the Founding Chief of Staff & Interim Chief Operating Officer.

This is not an administrative assistant role.

This role serves as a dedicated operational execution partner responsible for helping transform executive vision into scalable systems, workflows, implementation plans, accountability structures, and organizational execution.

The Executive Operations Manager will operate behind the scenes supporting executive infrastructure development during CARE-INF™ foundational growth and national organizational buildout.

Travel Expectations

This position is primarily remote. Future travel may be required to support the Chief of Staff during in-person implementation initiatives, executive meetings, infrastructure deployment activities, organizational buildout efforts, and implementation support.

• Manage project timelines
• Support Chief of Staff in building trackers, dashboards, and accountability systems
• Executive follow-up ownership
• Meeting action accountability
• Support executive implementation planning and operational follow-through
• Assist with maintaining executive implementation priorities

Systems & Infrastructure

• SOP support
• Workflow organization
• Operational documentation
• Support framework implementation and infrastructure development
• Assist with maintaining operational systems designed to support scalability
• Support organizational process standardization initiatives
