## Position Overview
Knowtex is hiring a founding Technical Product Manager to own critical product areas at the intersection of AI, clinical workflows, and healthcare infrastructure. These roles require strong technical depth, the ability to work directly with clinicians and healthcare administrators to understand complex workflows, and the skill to translate those insights into clear engineering requirements and product strategy.
## Key Responsibilities
- Define product roadmap, prioritize features, and drive execution for your product area
- Conduct discovery with clinicians, healthcare administrators, and IT leaders to deeply understand clinical workflows and pain points
- Translate complex clinical and operational requirements into clear engineering specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Partner closely with engineering, AI/ML, and design teams to ship high-quality products on tight timelines
- Own product metrics, conduct data analysis, and use quantitative and qualitative signals to drive decisions
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders including clinical operations, compliance, sales, and customer success
