• Proven experience in an Operations role in the DTC eCom space?
• Strong understanding of the ins and outs and everyday life within a brand?
• Experience building or significantly improving SOPs?
• Experience managing remote teams and coordinating multiple departments?
• Strong project management and organizational skills?
• Experience working directly with founders or executive leadership?

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Own the day-to-day operations of a growing DTC eCommerce business.
• Build, improve, and document SOPs across multiple business functions.
• Create operational structure, accountability, and scalable processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects move efficiently.
• Improve workflows and eliminate operational bottlenecks.
• Help recruit, interview, and onboard new team members.
• Work closely with leadership on operational planning and execution.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure teams consistently execute against priorities.
• Identify opportunities for automation and operational improvements.
