About The Role
The Corporate Business Analyst II at Alfa Insurance® plays a vital role in supporting the company’s strategic technology initiatives and operational excellence. This position involves acting as a liaison between various stakeholders to understand their business needs and translating those requirements into technical solutions. The analyst will be actively involved in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), analyzing requirements, creating workflow diagrams, and writing detailed specifications to ensure seamless integration of business processes with existing or new software applications.


This role requires excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment. The Corporate Business Analyst II will engage with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, and quality assurance staff, to facilitate effective communication and project success.
