Based in: We don’t really care where you connect to wifi. We care about your results. Singapore/Thailand/Vietnam/Philippines/Malaysia, with regular travel across Southeast Asia

Works with: The project and show teams, sales, marketing and finance – plus venues, contractors and suppliers

About the role

MMI Asia builds the trade shows where entire industries across Southeast Asia meet, do business and decide what comes next. The sales team sells the floor and marketing fills the hall – but none of it is real until someone turns a CAD plan and a stack of supplier contracts into a working show that opens on time, runs safely and comes in on budget. This is not a clipboard-and-walkie-talkie job. You'll own the delivery of shows end to end – floor plans, suppliers, logistics, health and safety, and the on-site experience that keeps exhibitors and visitors coming back. The remit is the full portfolio – you run the region, not just one show.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage the floor plan – stand layouts, aisles, features, registration, catering and back-of-house – balancing saleable space against flow and regulations
• Run the operational timeline from booking to breakdown: critical paths, deadlines and dependencies across every team and supplier
• Produce and maintain the exhibitor manual, deadlines and technical info so exhibitors know exactly what they're getting and when
• Source, brief and negotiate with venues, stand contractors, freight, security, cleaning, catering and AV – and hold ...
