Job Summary:
To support the OSKCS team across the full lifecycle of private credit transactions, including origination, credit underwriting, execution, and portfolio management.

Key responsibilities:

1. Deal Origination & Evaluation
Support deal sourcing activities and conduct preliminary evaluation of investment opportunities, including assessment of business models, capital structures, and risk-return profiles.
