About The Role
The Operations Manager keeps technical and cross-functional teams running by owning core processes, tooling, and execution workflows.


The role involves identifying operational bottlenecks, designing scalable internal systems, and driving high-impact projects from planning to deployment.


Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize end-to-end operational workflows, documenting standard operating procedures in Notion and Confluence
• Drive cross-functional technical projects across engineering, product, and finance using Jira and Asana
• Analyze operational metrics via SQL and Looker dashboards to identify capacity constraints and efficiency opportunities
• Manage internal tooling stacks, software licenses, and vendor relationships to support distributed teams
• Monitor operational KPIs and present risk mitigation strategies to executive leadership
• Facilitate cross-team alignment through structured sprint planning, retrospectives, and quarterly reviews

What We Are Looking For

• 4-7 years of experience in operations, technical project management, or program management within a high-growth technology environment
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools including SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI platforms
• Demonstrated track record of scaling complex operational processes and shipping efficiency initiatives
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience facilitating cross-functional alignment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a quantitative field
• Bonus: PMP, Scrum Master certification, or experience with Python scripting for process automation
