Addiction Pet Foods is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager – Treasury, International Tax & Transfer Pricing to support our growing multi-country business.

This is a key finance role responsible for managing cash and liquidity, banking relationships, foreign exchange exposure, international tax compliance, and transfer pricing governance across the Group.

Beyond managing day-to-day finance activities, the successful candidate will be expected to review and improve existing treasury processes and lead automation and finance transformation projects. The role will help reduce manual work, strengthen financial controls, improve cash visibility, and deliver more accurate and timely reporting to management.

## Key Responsibilities

## Treasury and Cash Management

• Lead treasury operations across multiple countries, legal entities, currencies, and banking platforms.
• Manage cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, working capital, and short- and medium-term funding requirements.
• Monitor Group cash positions and provide management with timely and accurate cash visibility.
• Oversee banking relationships, bank accounts, fund movements, intercompany transfers, and payment controls.
• Strengthen treasury governance, approval workflows, segregation of duties, and financial controls.
• Identify liquidity risks and recommend practical actions to support business requirements.

## Foreign Exchange and Risk Management

• Monitor foreign exchange exposure across different markets and currencies.
• Analyse FX risks arising from purchases, sales, intercompany transactions, and funding arrangements.
