Rural Health Group (RHG) is seeking an experienced, values-driven Operations Manager to lead and strengthen the performance of our growing organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who enjoys driving operational excellence, leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering meaningful outcomes for rural communities. Reporting directly to the General Manager and working as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our healthcare services operate efficiently, sustainably and in alignment with organisational strategy.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Operations Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across RHG's healthcare services and support functions. Working closely with the General Manager and Executive Leadership Team, you will drive operational performance, strengthen workforce capability, lead service improvement initiatives and support organisational growth.
