We are now looking for a strong Online Operations Manager who can help us build a more structured, accountable, and scalable operations system.
## About the Role
This is an operations leadership role responsible for managing remote teams, tracking KPIs, improving staff productivity, coordinating with local city teams, and ensuring daily operational issues are resolved quickly and systematically.
You will act as the key bridge between our Malaysia-based online team and our Australia-based operations teams across Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane.
The right person must be comfortable with dashboards, SOPs, team performance, escalation management, and continuous process improvement.
## What You'll Own
1. Remote Team Management
- Manage daily performance of online operations staff
- Track productivity, task completion, and accountability
- Coordinate shifts, workload, and team communication
- Coach underperforming staff and improve team efficiency
1. KPI & Operations Tracking
- Monitor key operational KPIs and dashboards
- Identify issues, follow up with teams, and ensure resolution
- Improve reporting visibility for management
1. City Operations Coordination
- Coordinate with teams across Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane
- Support cleaning, maintenance, guest issues, and operational escalations
- Ensure smooth coordination between online and local teams
