The National Logistics Customer Onboarding Senior Project Manager will be responsible to project manage the customer onboarding / implementation of standard projects that may include an amount of lite automation in a new or existing building.
How you create impact
- The day to day running of the project, and to be the main point of contact for the customer throughout the project.
- Leads the weekly project meetings Internally and with the customer.
- Leads and drives the scheduled steering team meetings - providing regular status reports.
- Facilitates and drives the meetings for the Zero Failure Gate approval.
- Project reporting & prepares for the ZF gate submissions.
- Risk & Issues Management - Identifies risks, reviews status and manages mitigation
- Managing the project team to ensure project delivery, providing indirect feedback on individuals performance.
What we would like you to bring
- Bachelor degree required
- Master degree preferred but not required
- 5-6 years project management experience
- 2-5 years experience in 3rd Party Logistics, Logistics or Supply Chain
- Project Management certification (PMP or similar) preferred
