As a Project Manager III within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Birmingham, AL, Phoenix, AZ or Dallas, TX.
This role will support large-scale infrastructure initiatives within the CTO organization, with a primary focus on core infrastructure services, including networking, mainframe, and infrastructure hardware. This role plays a critical part in standing up new data centers and delivering foundational infrastructure capabilities in support of major enterprise initiatives. This is an ideal opportunity for a technically experienced infrastructure professional who has led technology teams or initiatives and is now focused on driving execution through strong project management practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver complex infrastructure initiatives under the CTO organization, with an emphasis on:
○ Core infrastructure services (networking, mainframe)
○ Infrastructure hardware deployments
○ Data center stand-up and expansion efforts
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle activities, including:
○ Scope definition, planning, scheduling, and execution
○ Risk, issue, and dependency management
○ Budget, timeline, and resource coordination
- Partner closely with engineering, architecture, operations, and vendor teams to ensure successful infrastructure delivery
- Translate highly technical concepts into clear project plans and executive-level updates
