What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead interior architecture for multiple high-end projects, integrating spatial planning and materiality from concept to construction administration
• Collaborate with principals, architects, and the interior design team to create cohesive, site-responsive environments
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff members while managing simultaneous projects
• Coordinate interior architecture with structural, MEP, lighting, and furniture/furnishings teams
• Utilize Revit and 3D rendering tools for photorealistic visualizations and material representation

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or Architecture from an accredited university
• 8-10+ years of experience in interior architecture for high-end single-family residential or hospitality projects
• Strong understanding of millwork, finishes, lighting, and spatial detailing
• Proven track record of leading interior architecture through all phases from concept design to construction observation
• Proficiency in Revit and experience with 3D rendering tools such as Twinmotion or Lumion
