Job Summary
We are seeking a Machine Learning / AI Engineer to join a high-performing engineering team responsible for building intelligent systems that power personalization, marketing decisioning, and consumer growth initiatives. This role will focus on developing scalable machine learning services, working with large-scale customer interaction data, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, product, and analytics teams.


Engineers in this group operate in squad-based structures and work directly with product owners, data scientists, and engineering partners to build and deploy AI-driven solutions. These systems support billions of customer touchpoints and billions of offer recommendations annually, making this a highly impactful role within the organization.


The ideal candidate will bring strong Python and SQL skills, experience building ML-powered systems, and the ability to leverage modern AI development tools to accelerate engineering productivity.
