Lead product marketing and positioning for a global medical device leader across Europe with full ownership of the DACH market on the ground.

SomnoMed is the global leader in oral appliance therapy for obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), snoring and bruxism — a publicly listed (ASX) medical device company serving more than 1,000,000 patients in 28 countries. We are transforming our European marketing organization into a market-led, demand-generating team, and this newly created role sits at the centre of that change.

As Product Marketing Manager Europe, you will own product positioning, launch management, and lifecycle marketing for SomnoMed's portfolio across all of Europe, while being the dedicated, hands-on product marketing partner for our DACH commercial organisation (Germany and Switzerland), the largest and most clinically advanced cluster in the region.

You will report directly to the Director, Marketing Europe, and work closely with the Marketing team and the European, DACH people leaders and sales teams, giving you real influence over how SomnoMed's products are positioned, launched, and brought to market across Europe.

What You Will Do

Product Marketing & Launch Management. Europe.

• Own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions across the European portfolio.
• Lead end-to-end product launches: launch planning, sales enablement, HCP communication, congress presence, post-launch tracking.
• Develop product marketing content: brochures, clinical evidence summaries, sales tools, training materials, digital assets, compliant with EU medical device regulations (QA/RA).
• Partner with Global Marketing on upstream-to-downstream product handover, representing the European market voice in global product decisions.
• Monitor product performance and the competitive landscape; feed insight into product strategy and marketing planning.
