The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a talented Development Product Owner Senior for our San Antonio, Texas corporate headquarters location.

As a dedicated Senior Development Product Owner, you will serve as a direct representative of the business on an Agile team. You will gather, understand, and communicate the business vision and requirements, while writing and refining user stories, prioritizing work, and providing guidance to technical teams. Using critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and Agile principles, you will partner with business owners, subject matter experts, and the development team to deliver effective solutions. You will possess advanced knowledge of multiple delivery methodologies, including Agile and other approaches, and demonstrate the ability to work effectively within them to deliver business value.

We offer a flexible work environment that requires employees to work in the office four days per week. This role also requires travel to USAA headquarters in San Antonio, Texas, approximately four times per year.

This position can be based in one of the following locations: San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Colorado Springs, CO, Charlotte, NC, or Tampa, FL.
