Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of software development projects , from initiation to deployment and post-launch support.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements for software initiatives.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional development teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
• Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and best practices in software engineering.
• Effectively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing proactive mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status, key metrics, and insights clearly to all stakeholders, including senior leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management , with a strong focus on software development .
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects using Agile principles.
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and various development methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Git.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
