How you will make an impact:
Procare HR is looking for a builder - someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing strategy, revenue operations, and emerging technology. This is not a role for someone who manages platforms. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will own the technology and operational infrastructure that powers our demand generation, account-based marketing, and revenue alignment motion – this is a chance to build a go-to-market foundation with AI at its core. You will drive both vision and execution.
We serve senior living organizations, and our buyers are C-suite and senior operations leaders in a relationship-driven, compliance-sensitive industry. This is a focused vertical, which means we need precision over volume - and that precision starts with the systems you help build.
What you will need:
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing operations, revenue operations, or a GTM engineering function.
- Deep hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and Salesforce CRM.
Proven ABM program buildout- - not just exposure, but end-to-end tracking.
